How can I change my email address new method 2019

There are two ways to update your email address on the site.

If you are able to log into your Credit Karma account:

1. Click here to go to security settings.
2. Enter your new email address twice along with your password. Then click “Save.”
3. Use your new email address when you log into Credit Karma in the future.

If you are not able to log into your Credit Karma account:

This can happen if you forget your password and no longer have access to the email address associated with your account. If this is the case, you have two options.

Option 1: Replace your existing Credit Karma account

1. To get started, click here on the desktop site and scroll down to the section that says, “Replace Your Existing Account.”
2. Enter the email address associated with your original account (not your new email address), your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
3. Click the “Replace My Account” button to complete the process.

Please be sure that you are on the desktop site, the replacement process is not compatible with mobile.

Please keep in mind that if you choose this option, you’ll lose access to the score history that’s associated with your old account.

Option 2: Verify your identity by sending us documentation

If you’d like us to change your email address, but don’t want to create a new account, please contact member support. Choose the options pictured below, and then fill in your personal information. We’ll send you instructions to help you verify your identity and gain access to your account.
